Cody is Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He played football at CU Boulder, where he redshirted as a freshman, and then went on to finish his college career as a wrestler at the University of Northern Colorado. He believes that regardless of your goals, you must develop a clear vision for how you will achieve those goals. Developing actionable steps that you can take ownership of on your journey is key to holding yourself accountable. Cody's goal is to provide a setting where people are motivated and encouraged to go after their fitness and performance goals.
Anthony De La Rosa
Anthony is a sports performance coach originally from Colorado Springs, CO. After spending 6 years in the Air Force specializing in tactical strength & conditioning and powerlifting training, he moved back to Denver, CO to pursue a full-time career in sports performance to train collegiate and youth athletes. He believes that regardless of where an athlete is at this moment in time, they all have the athletic potential to be as great as they want to be. Anthony has a passion to educate all of his athletes on the importance of diligence, consistency, and self-belief to succeed not only in their sport, but in their lives as well.
