Each physical therapy session will consist of exactly what needs to be done to get you better most efficiently, often without requiring a high volume of visits per week like most providers. Our collaborative team effort of physical therapy and sports performance training allows for us to not only relieve your pain and dysfunction, but return you to activity feeling better than you did before you were injured.

Cody worked with me on my ACL rehab from month four into month nine. By the end of my first session I knew I was with a great partner. He worked with me on preparing for and executing a strength and rehab system that made a huge difference in getting back to sport.
