4 Corners Sports Performance is built on 4 key cornerstones: EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, HARD WORK, and SUCCESS. We believe in an assess + address + progress = success process. Whether it's in physical therapy or sports performance, ASSESSING the way you move is key to developing a great treatment or performance plan. After assessing, a plan will be designed to ADDRESS the dysfunctions and limitations that you may have, and PROGRESS them to continuously challenge you. Together, all three components can help you achieve SUCCESS, regardless of what your goals may be.
4 Corners Difference
When it comes to health and wellness we know you have many choices for care. At 4 Corners, we promise our team will go above and beyond to take care of you and be a step above the rest. Our physical therapy services are unique in that we are out of network providers with all insurances, meaning we do not have the restrictions in our plan of care nor the demands to be a high volume facility like many insurance based practices. Each physical therapy session will consist of exactly what needs to be done to get you better most efficiently, often without requiring a high volume of visits per week like most providers. Our collaborative team effort of physical therapy and sports performance training allows for us to not only relieve your pain and dysfunction, but return you to activity feeling better than you did before you were injured.

Cody worked with me on my ACL rehab from month four into month nine. By the end of my first session I knew I was with a great partner. He worked with me on preparing for and executing a strength and rehab system that made a huge difference in getting back to sport. Just recently wrapping up my time with Cody, I still have high level goals to attain, but *hands down* he was a big difference maker in my strength, growth, and education; the latter being a big piece of the puzzle for me. Since he'd been through an ACL tear himself, he just gets it. Highly recommend Cody, and specifically for ACL injuries based on my experience. Thanks Cody!
